I have lived in Texas most of my life and I'm grateful for being exposed to the diverse rich culture that is unique to this region. I offer an intergrated combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I also offer a spiritual approach for those who want to include their faith as a source of healing. My professional experience is broad and diverse like the state of Texas. I have supported military and civilians with post traumatic stress disorder. I currently work with individuals, couples and families experiencing depression, anxiety or grief. My goal is to create an atmosphere that fosters trust and saferty so that healing is able to take place.
